Due to changing availability, the timeslot you receive may be one hour later than the one you select
Go to the meeting point: Castle Clinton National Monument
Show your smartphone voucher at the box office to receive the official ticket
Please arrive approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled reservation time
*Note:** Please be aware of unauthorized ticket vendors in Battery Park who may try to redirect guests from using their tickets. Authorized staff are located inside Castle Clinton or assisting at the ferry boarding line.

There are lockers available on the island for $2 (12 in x 12 in x 12 in size, quarters only)
The time that you choose is to join the queue to enter the Security Screening Facility, not a specific ferry departure. The wait time can be several hours, particularly during peak season, including summer, weekends, and holidays
*Getting there (Battery Park):**
* Metro: 1 to South Ferry (last stop); 4 or 5 to Bowling Green
* Bus: M1, M6 or M15 to South Ferry (last stop)
* Ferries depart approximately every 25 - 30 minutes from the New York departure point
Kids under 4 get in free, no ticket needed
Guests 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult (25+)
