- For the Audio Guides, it is imperative for all participants to use their own phones and headsets to ensure an optimal audio experience, as we do not offer these items. We recommend allocating a minimum of 300 MB on your mobile phone for our audio guide app and ensuring that your phone is fully charged.
- Tickets for the Uffizi Gallery are nominative. Please provide the full name of each guest exactly as shown on their ID and bring the matching ID on the day, as the museum may refuse entry if the details do not correspond.
