Show your smartphone ticket at the entrance for individual visitors, on Explanada de la Almudena
Please note that you will also need to show the PDF ticket that you will receive by email

- All visitors must pass a mandatory security check

- ID or certificate required for free or discounted tickets

- Free admission: under 5 years old, people with disabilities +1 companion, unemployed

- Free admission for EU and Latin American citizens: 4:00–6:00 pm (Oct.–Mar.) and 6:00–8:00 pm (Apr.–Sept.)

- Show your digital ticket at the individual visitors’ entrance (Plaza de la Almudena)

- You must also present the PDF ticket received by email

All visitors must pass through a security check prior to entering Madrid Palace
For reduced or free tickets, you must bring a valid proof of eligibility
Free for: kids <5 with a free ticket, disabled visitors + 1 escort and jobseekers
