• Our cats’ welfare is our priority at all times. Please be gentle and calm: let cats approach you, do not chase, corner, startle, pick up, wake, feed or disturb them while resting or hiding unless staff say it is okay.
• Please arrive 5 minutes before your session for check-in and our short cat welfare briefing. Sessions end 1.5 hours after the scheduled start time, regardless of arrival time, so please arrive promptly.
