- Boarding is based on a first come first served basis.
- Children 4 and under travel free (no ticket required) to a maximum of 2 children per paying adult.
- Children up to the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult.
- Guided Painted Hall talks run every 30 minutes from 11am – 4pm. Free multimedia guide available.
- Nearest Pier for The Old Royal Naval College and Painted Hall: Greenwich
- Note: Painted Hall Closed and site tours do not run 24 – 26 December.
- Please present your GetYourGuide printed or e-voucher to Uber Boat by Thames Clippers staff at any of the piers within Central and East zone (Battersea Power Station - Barking Riverside).
- You must not bring hazardous items onboard, items over 2 meters long, and no inflammable substances.
