This is a day dedicated to pure relaxation in arguably the most exotic waters in the Mediterranean. You'll drift over from Ibiza in a catamaran, scooting by the islands of Formentera and s'Espalmador for some well-deserved sunbathing and swimming. There's a barbecue lunch on board, too, so everything's taken care of. Antoni, one of our expert local guides, says, ‘I'm from the Balearics, and even for me, s'Espalmador is a dream.
