Trip Overview
This excursion offers a chance to experience one of the most iconic locations in southern England. We will convene at bus stop 1 on Bulleid Way, conveniently located near Victoria station on the morning of the trip.
Once the group is assembled, our journey southward to Brighton will begin. After approximately 2 hours on the road, we will reach this charming seaside destination, beloved by Londoners for beach days. You'll enjoy approximately 2.5 hours of free exploration.
While in Brighton, don’t miss a visit to the Victorian pier, filled with establishments offering traditional fish and chips, along with a delightful retro-style amusement park that promises fun for all ages.
Additionally, take a leisurely stroll through the historic fishing district and admire the Royal Pavilion, an extraordinary palace commissioned by King George IV that boasts an exterior reminiscent of the Taj Mahal.
After your time in Brighton, we’ll board the bus once more and set off to the Seven Sisters, a stunning formation of white chalk cliffs that gracefully overlook the English Channel. This breathtaking scenery is one of southern England's most recognized landmarks!
Upon arrival at Birling Gap, you’ll admire the spectacular landscape that marks the starting point for most hiking trails in the South Downs National Park. You’ll have 1.5 hours of free time to explore and appreciate the breathtaking views.
Adding a touch of magic, the Seven Sisters have appeared in various films and television shows, such as Harry Potter, Wicked, Robin Hood, and Atonement, making it a perfect location for photography enthusiasts!
As the day concludes, we’ll make our way back to London, finishing this 12-hour adventure at Victoria Station.
