Show your smartphone ticket to the guide at the meeting point. Your guide will be holding a yellow flag with the tour logo “ONTABI"
Arrive 15 minutes before the departure time. Latecomers will not be accommodated

People with tattoos are not allowed at Konohana no Yu
If weather conditions force tour cancellation, you will be notified by 14:00 the previous day
