1. Arrive 10 minutes early; late arrivals are non-refundable.
2. The guide will arrive 5–10 minutes before the start time. Call us if they are late.
3. No-show reviews violate the cancellation policy.
4. Tips for the guide are greatly appreciated.
5. Modify or cancel bookings through the booking portal or by contacting their customer service.
6. No luggage storage, pets, or disabled access.
7. Don't let rain, hail or shine spoil your experience–check the forecast and dress appropriately for the weather.

9. 4-hour option: you will receive a fully guided tour of Westminster City and Abbey interiors and exteriors (skip-the-line tickets) with a Guide.
10. 3-hour option: you will receive a guided tour of Westminster City and Abbey exteriors; plus free entry to an organ recital, evensong or mass at the Abbey (self-visit).
11. In case of unexpected closures, we will offer an audio guide or refund the ticket cost.

- 4-hour option: Skip-the-line tickets to Westminster Abbey give you access to a priority entrance for groups. Entry during special events is restricted. It is a place of worship so all visitors, including infants, should keep noise to a minimum. Access for prams is limited.
- 3-hour option: Free entry to the Abbey for an organ recital (usually Sundays only), an evensong or a regular mass - subject to Abbey's events schedule . You will visit the Abbey on your own without the guide.
- Tickets to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Palace and other attractions are not included in this tour.
- There is no luggage storage. Pets are not allowed.
- This is a moderately-paced walking tour. Wear comfortable shoes.
- Not suitable for people with disabilities.
