We meet at Plaza del Conde de Casal, 6 and proceed to the Tagus Valley. After approximately 45 minutes, we stop at a winery with vines over 80 years old, where we tour the facilities and enjoy a tasting of several wines with appetizers.
Next, we visit a traditional winery that uses clay jars for wine production, learning about their family history and tasting their wines paired with a local recipe.
Our final stop is a fifth-generation family winery with centuries-old caves for aging wines, where we taste white, red, and sparkling wines with a regional dish.
