Details of the Day Trip
At the predetermined time, our adventure will commence from the central area of Lisbon. As we travel, you'll be able to appreciate the breathtaking landscapes that characterize the Ribatejo region.
Our initial destination is Fátima, which we will reach in approximately 1.5 hours. Here, you will have between 1 and 1.5 hours to explore its acclaimed shrine, recognized as one of the largest Catholic sites worldwide, attracting over 5 million visitors each year.
Following our visit to Fátima, we will continue to the Batalha Monastery, dating back to the 14th century, which is one of two locations designated as World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.
Next, we will make a stop in the picturesque village of Nazaré, situated 30 minutes away. This quaint fishing village has gained fame as one of the premier surfing destinations globally due to its towering waves. You will have the opportunity to take in its dramatic cliffs and the force of the waves, as well as enjoy 1.5 hours of free time to explore and possibly have lunch.
Finally, we will travel to Óbidos. Here, we will spend an hour wandering through this fortified medieval town, known for its delightful streets and artisanal shops. It’s a fantastic location to capture memorable photos!
We expect to return to the capital between 8 and 9 hours after the trip begins.
