The meeting point for this tour is at the bottom of the stairs of Exit 4 of Piccadilly Circus Station
Exit 4 can be found at the corner of Shaftesbury Avenue and Coventry Street, next to the Criterion Restaurant
A staff member will meet you on arrival. Please arrive 15 minutes before the time on your ticket
**IMPORTANT:** All guests must present a photo ID to gain entry
There is a strict ratio of no more than 4 Children to 1 Adult (over 18)

There is no cloakroom
Open-toe footwear is prohibited
Only water is allowed
Not suitable for people with claustrophobia
One adult or Senior can accompany up to 4 children in total, this cannot be exceeded
