Show your smartphone ticket to the guide at the meeting point, in front of Museo della Misericordia
The guide will be holding a sign of the tour- Your representative will be waiting for you on top of the steps next to the Museum entrance, in front of Giotto’s bell tower, holding a ‘Florence Duomo Guided Tour – City Wonders & AFTOURS sign.
Please check in at least 15 minutes before your selected timeslot
You will be able to access the Museo della Misericordia independently after the tour by showing the sticker you will receive at the check-in

Wheelchairs, strollers & baby carriers can't be accommodated
Infants (0-1) join for free, please select a free ticket for them.
