- Please show your reservation to the tour guide at the meeting point Via Sebastiano Veniero 74, Rome. Look for a sign that reads Inside Out Italy
- The Sistine Chapel will be closed to visitors starting April 28, 2025, until further notice. Tickets still include access to the Vatican Museums
- After April 26, the Basilica will remain open only for individual visits; group visits are suspended until further notice
- Knees and shoulders need to be covered to gain entry
- You are required to go through a security check similar to an airport
- There may be a 10 to 20-minute wait before you can enter
- The tour is not suitable for wheelchair users
- The tour is not advised for visitors who have difficulty in walking
- It is necessary to cover your knees and shoulders to gain entry
