She was very knowleadgeable and She also had a very engaging Way of expressing herself. She was also very personal and asked group members about their origins and I especially loved that they divided the group to smaller ones so we didn't have to flight for positions to understand her, we became a smaller group. The route was Superb and I loved that She also shared insight infos on tourist traps to avoid
Super informative tour and covered all key central florence history. The guide was also very well informed on Medici history which we found very interesting. Definitely recommend!
