Grace shared lots of interesting and amusing details with us about Kaohsiung and Taiwan in general. Her tour of the harbour showed us lots of new places, which we went back to – in some cases that very same evening – and saw in a whole new light (literally 😅). I spent a short but very peaceful time on this mountain hike with Uriah. I enjoyed the encounter with the monkeys - especially the baby ones, they were so cute! It was a nice and relaxing tour. Thank you.

Had a great hike in monkey mountain in Kaohshiang with Uriah. Uriah led the hike, he was informative of the native plants and animals at the park. We hiked up to the tea house where volunteers served tea and we later came back down a scenic pathway where we could see the city skyline. Enjoyed time spent with Uriah, had great conversations along the way! Would definitely recommend this tour/hike led by Uriah to anyone!

Die Tour kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Obwohl ich der einzige Teilnehmer war, hat Uriah mir mit viel Leidenschaft den wirklich wunderschönen Monkey Mountain gezeigt. Wir waren im Endeffekt fast 4 Stunden unterwegs und er hat mich sogar noch mit seinem Moped zurück zum Hostel gefahren. Wir konnten uns sehr gut auf Englisch unterhalten und er kennt auch noch andere Routen und Höhlen, falls man noch etwas mehr Zeit hat. Unbedingte Empfehlung für alle auf der Reise in Kaohsiung!

I had a really nice afternoon with Uriah taking me up Monkey Mountain. It was an extremely hot day so the pace was not excessive and totally manageable. Lovely walk and a great set up on the hill with volunteers providing tea at the summits. Uriah met me at the start location on time and even arranged for my luggage storage enabling me to catch the HSR after the climb. Great service from him.
