Next time Victor (the "guru" ha) you do a tour, don't lie and tell people there is a minimum charge per person. One of our party got heat exhaustion and so we ended the tour a bit early, and he told us there was a minimum charge of 50 mil pesos per person. This was not only a bad tour, but the blatant lie that looks bad on both the guide and the company. I wrote to the company first and got a very blah blah "we're so sorry that this happened" response. There are many "free" tour companies in Cartagena, you can do better than this one.
