Wonderful walking tour with our guide Lorenzo, he was entertaining and knowledgeable about Milan. Highly recommended taking a tour with him.
I really liked the tour. I think, our guide name was Francesca. We went on a different tour with a different company and left that tour after about 30 min. This tour was very informative, nicely paced and to the point.
Bad, she arrived late although she sent a message. She seemed very tired and no motivated at all. She spoke very low and the mic didn't work very well. Some people gave back the earphones before starting the tour
