Wow! Not only did Ruby share her joy and passion for Vietnamese food with us, she exposed us to foods we did not know existed and would never have tried on our own. It was all fantastic! It was also very filling, so bring your appetite with you!
It was a wonderfully informative tour of Hue's Imperial City. Our guide Thanh did a great job telling us about Vietnam's history and its kings in a manner that was very engaging. Even in the rain, the place is worth seeing.
An amazing evening, tasted food I would not have found without the tour. All the places were full of locals. Ruby described the dishes and gave some background. One of the best food tours I have been on.
