Linh was fantastic. I already expected good quality and he exceeded that. He came prepared with a small speaker and mic, had lots of information to share, broke up the tour in small chunks with time for us to explore and take pictures, and most importantly, he felt the atmosphere of the group, adjusted yhe tour accordingly, and bonded with them. All five of us were at different levels of what we wanted from the tour and he was able to connect on a common ground in terms of energy level, humour level, information level, and great social skills to make room for everyone. We even talked about modern Vietnamese politics and swapped personal stories which made it more like hanging out with a friend. Would absolutely recommend. One of my friends said, "Linh might be in the top 3 guys of Vietnam" and we're still talking about him now while reflecting on our trip. You're awesome, Linh! Keep doing your thing. Hopefully catch you again sometime.
Thanh was extremely knowledgeable and relayed historical and cultural information in perfect English. She also had a wonderful sense of humour. I would absolutely recommend this walking tour as the best way to see and learn about the citadel and forbidden city.
