Ivana met us on time and was friendly and smiling upon arrival. Ivana English is very good. Started us of with a picture on billboard. Giving us history and details on how the palace came to be. Giving you insight before entering Palace grounds. Ivana also had a picture book she referred to during tour.. Easy to talk too and always goid at answing questions. Gave a few funny stories. A great informative tour guide. Left us with places to eat. Other places to see and how to get there.Map she gave us highlighted those areas. Thank you Ivana.
