Thanks for the review. Regarding the pace, I made it quite clear that at some point we would walk a bit faster to catch the guards on time, and asked if anyone had injuries or other issues. I noticed that you walked at a rather slow pace, but could not go slower myself as the group was walking at a normal pace. Next time please make clear that you want the group to slow down. Or maybe go on a bike or non-walking tour if it suits you best. Regarding the other tour I mentioned 3 only times during the tour, it is called "cross-selling" another tour as I was promoting my afternoon tour which interested other guests than you. Thanks

Berenice, I understand you were disappointed because of the route changes, due to the London Marathon. Again, I made it very clear at yhe begining of the tour that it will be an unusual tour due to changes made because of the Marathon. It is not our responsability of guides that is engaged in such situation, and you were free to not join the tour but drcided to stay till the end. Glad you still had a good time in spite of all the changes. And also you got to see the Marathon's elite runners at yhe finish near Buckhingham Palace which other tour guide did not offer that day. Maybe would be nice to show a bit of gratitude in the review next time :) Many thanks, Alexis
