Francisco, thank you for your comments, but I must say that I disagree with your accusations. When you make the reservation, it mentions that there is a minimum number of participants, in this case four (you have to read carefully). Then I found you another tour and made the reservation in your name for a tour that started 15 minutes later, but in the end you had the experience in the same language you made the reservation in, which was English (you have to read!!!). They confirmed your attendance in the other group. So I can say “you're welcome” because even though we didn't have the minimum number of people, I found you another option so you wouldn't have to change your plans for the day. The tour guide you went with also mentioned that you had a great time, and that makes me very happy. I wish you an excellent 2026.
