Hello Ellen, and thank you for this nice review! We're happy you enjoyed the time with us, and I'm sorry that it was sometime complicated to hear the guide. Without more clue, I'd say that during the Christmas Market there is often a lot of people around, and then the noise around is not helping... We'll think of something to help us being easily heared.
