Denise was so full of energy & enthusiasm; told the most entertaining & fascinating stories about what we visited; and fully engaged with each person on the tour. A big bonus is that she purposely keeps her tours small. I can’t recommend her enough. She’s a real treasure & helped us fall in love with Toulouse.
Denise was very quick to reply and gave meaningful recommendations even to help plan my day before the tour. She has an innovative and and interactive way of presenting the tour, and uses all time to the max! On the walks between sites she takes the time to interact with everyone and provide personalized recommendations.
