We did a 2-hours walking tour in Santa Marta on 2. April. Javier was a wonderful tour guide. He covered Santa Marta‘s history, (food) culture, architecture, traditions and a lot more. He was incredibly knowledgable and made the history come alive by telling a lot of entertaining anecdotes. And he was great with our three children. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting! 5 stars!!
Had a great time with Javier, especially leading some of the indigenous history, the local favourite foods and places to go. Highly recommend if you want to explore Santa Marta with a local guide for a few hours.

Javier was an AMAZING guide. I've been on over 10 free walking tours in multiple countries, and this was easily one of the top two tours. Javier shared interesting and illuminating information about the city and region, introduced us to local vendors and products, and gave us recommendations for what to do for the rest of the stay. Also, his English is great. Would 1000% recommend to anyone visiting Santa Marta.
