This is a fantastic urban hike! Phillip is an engaging storyteller who speaks with genuine passion, which really brings the experience to life. The tour strikes a great balance—there’s more walking than talking, so it never feels dull or overwhelming. The route itself is beautiful, with several thoughtfully chosen stops. Phillip knows some excellent spots for sunset photos, which is a huge bonus. Along the way, we stopped at Hudson Yards for a bathroom break, saw the Vessel, and then walked along the High Line all the way to the Pigeon Statue. The stroll along the High Line was especially memorable, with Phillip sharing insightful explanations about the architecture and the area’s history. His explanation of Little Island and the transformation of the piers was particularly impressive. Overall, this tour offers a perfect combination of a scenic route, stunning views, and an outstanding guide. I highly recommend it—anyone who takes this tour is sure to have a great time!
