I would recommend this tour without hesitation. I was the only person who had booked this day but I had a great time with Carlos. I learnt a lot about the past and recent history of El Salvador which I wouldn’t have been able to get from a guide book. I tried food which I wouldn’t have otherwise. Carlos was really informative and answered all my questions really well. I don’t always do walking tours as I have a short attention span but I wasn’t bored once on this!
The tour was informative. Our tour guide was amazing, flexible and enthusiastic! The time flew by so quickly! I highly recommend it and a good pair of walking shoes!

Carlos was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He took us through the history of San Salvador touching up on everything from indigenous times to more recent gang wars while also introducing us to local spots and landmarks around the city. I would highly recommend this tour for travelers.
