Amazing tour! I couldn’t recommend it enough. It was the best way to get a quick cultural tour of San Juan. Pedro was amazing, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable

Pedro has a wonderful knowledge of the area and is obviously proud to share this with others. He knew all the perfect spots for photo ops and was patient with all of us as we were exploring the various venues. Highly recommend.

We had a great time in San Juan La Laguna. Our guide chose an easy to find meeting point and arrived right on time. The first visit was the chocolate factory where we tasted many items, we then walked up Umbrella Street(hill) and he offered to take many photos of us. We made our way to a textile co op and got to make thread and watch the pros weave the amazing fabrics the local women wear. We also went to a bee farm and tasted all sorts of amazing honey. Along the way he even gave us time to stop and paint a mural. It was a blast.

Definitivamente Pedro es un amplio conocedor de la cultura, historia y actualidad de los diferentes pueblos y lugares alrededor del lago de Atitlan. Sin duda recomiendo tomar el tour y a Pedro como guia! Hace una gran diferencia para bien el hacer el recorrido con guia, te lleva los lugares indicados y conoce a la gente

It was a nice informative tour. I got to relearn about coffee, chocolate, and honey. I also learned about how they create their dyes and textiles. I also learned about the Mayan Corn God and Jaguar God. I also got to see a lot of colors patterns amd beautiful paintings.

We loved our walking tour led by Pedro. He was highly informative and brought us to many interesting places.

El objetivo del tour es visitar los siguientes lugares: una cooperativa téxtil, una tienda de chocolate, un proyecto con abejas y una galería de arte. En cada visita te muestran el proceso de elaboración de diferentes productos, que puedes comprar si quieres. A lo largo del tour das un paseo por el pueblo mientras Pedro te cuenta parte de su história y anécdotas. Recomendable!

Recomiendo al joven Pedro ya que está bien preparado sobre su cultura, es muy responsable y puntual. Realicé el tour por Santiago Atitlan y por San Juan en 2 días diferentes.

Excelente recorrido. El mejor recorrido que he tomado en Guatemala. Super recomendado, porque soy muy exigente.

I highly recommand the Tour with Pedro! It was super interesting, visiting many places. Me and my friend have learnt so much about the local culture , discover local product and population of this amazing region. Thanks to Pedro who learnt us a lot of things. We even didn't see the time passed during this Tour.

The tour was a little different than expected, but still nice. The focus of the tour is to visit shops in which the artesanal work that signifies San Juan la Laguna is represented. In most these shops Pedro hands you over to the people working in the shop, who will give you a tour/tasting and afterwards the option to buy something. Between the stops Pedro gives some information on Guatemala and the Mayan culture. The shops were nicely choosen and Pedro was very flexible to make stops for some streetfood as well.

Muy buen tour, exelente explicación de parte de Pedro, una persona amigable, también buena la explicación de cada taller, me encantó la parte de textilería, abejas y demás, todo muy dinámico y activo. Sin duda volvería a San Juan La Laguna para conocer más cosas.

San Juan La Laguna es un pueblo muy colorido, me gustó los lugares que visitamos. Pedro fue un guía muy amable nos explico muchas cosas del lugar.

El tour estuvo entretenido, el guía sabía mucho del tema, explicaba en cada lugar que pasamos, el taller de tejidos y de pintura fueron mis favoritos, super recomendado.

Pedro was a fantastic tour guide! He took us to some great spots in San Juan La Laguna, and explained a lot about the history of the place. He was very kind and considerate, especially of the fact that we aren’t fluent in Spanish. Muchas gracias Pedro!

El tour con Pedro fue muy completo, es un guía muy paciente y amistoso. Nos dio un buen recorrido por San Juan de la laguna donde visitamos varios talleres, los telares mis favoritos! Todo súper bien. Lo recomiendo! Gracias Pedro.

Superbién ! El tour ha sido muy interesante con muchas informaciones además que hemos descubierto muchos lugares ! Aproximadamente unas 3 horas, pero pasaron muy rápido porque el Tour fue cautivador ! Pablo y Angela son dos personas muy amables y con muchos conocimientos ! Muy recomendable !
