The tour organization was done extremely poorly. When I was booking a tour, the meeting place was specified, night before the tour I got an email with the different location. When I and my friend came to the new point, nobody was there. In 5 minutes we were able to identify the guide, who was also very surprised to see no one, 15 people were signed in. We had a private tour for the predefined price, that was 1 hour less than was in the tour description and did not go to the last stop at all. I don’t know whose fault was it, Guru company or free lense guide, but it was the worst Guru experience ever!
