A fantastic tour that goes far beyond the usual Prenzlauer Berg clichés. Nima explains how this neighborhood transformed from a working-class district in East Berlin into one of Berlin’s most desirable and gentrified areas. Along the way, we explored topics like the alternative scene, hipster culture and urban change. The stories were engaging, balanced, and full of local insight. If you want to understand the real history and contradictions of Prenzlauer Berg, this tour is a must.
