We informed you on time and even suggested an alternative free walking tour so you could still enjoy the city. You responded that you understood, so it is disappointing to see a negative review for a situation that was communicated transparently and on time. We always do our best to operate tours as planned, but occasionally cancellations are unavoidable. Leaving a negative review despite prior notice does not reflect the reality of the situation.
