Franco was the best! He was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire tour. He always made sure the group received the most relevant and interesting information possible, and he was happy to answer questions along the way. His enthusiasm, professionalism, and friendly attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. We learned a lot and had a fantastic time thanks to him. Highly recommended!
