Olga knows a lot about Kazan and Tatar culture. She always had interesting stories about places that added character. When she saw that I was interested in the history and architecture, she extended the tour and added more detail. When she saw that I was interested in souvenirs and Tatar food, she helped me in the gift shops to find gifts that were more pertinent to Tatar culture and style. When she saw that I was interested in Tatar food, she walked me to Tatar food, beyond the area where the tour was supposed to be. I really appreciate Olga going above and beyond and adding a personalized touch to the tour. I would definitely recommend.
