Our guide, Jill, was incredibly enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She ensured we had the perfect view to watch the Changing of the Guards and kept us engaged with fascinating stories throughout the tour. She thoughtfully allowed time for us to take pictures along the way as well. Even though it was cold and we were a small group, her energy and motivation never faded. It was quite a long walk, but she shared important and interesting facts about every corner we passed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
