K was a wonderful host and guide. He spent almost two an a half hours with us and explained in detail the history of the city and palace. He was fun, energetic and above all very knowledgeable and passionate about the subject. I would highly recommend Guruwalk and ask for K. You won’t be disappointed.
K made history come to life and I very much appreciated the richness of what he expressed, particularly about Tokugawa’s way of unification of all of Japan. It made history so accessible and interesting. Thank you K!

K did a great job showing us the beautiful gardens and giving us great stories of the Samurai’s, Shoguns and Emperors. Fun details and interesting information. He kept a fast pace and made the time really enjoyable.
