My family and I did this tour with Stephen on /19. He was friendly and incredibly accommodating, working with us on the date and time so we could find something that worked. He was never pushy but very encouraging, helping us complete the walk up the rock which none of us (a bunch of out of shape Americans) thought we could pull off! He clearly loves what he does and is passionate about sharing his home with visitors, can’t go wrong with Stephen!
We arrived at the plaza along with another couple for this tour, but the tour guide was not there. While we were a few minutes late, the other couple was 10 min early, and the guide was nowhere to be found. I sent him messages throughout the morning, and we waited after I messaged him that we were there for 30 minutes and still no guide. It’s now 3 days later, still no message.
