My friend and I arrived and we were immediately greeted with an attitude from our guide since we didn’t chose the paid tour which we didn’t know was option. Guide said to us “You can sit and watch the rest of us eat if you want.” A few other rude remarks were made like when I asked if he liked Barcelona he mentioned that he had been living there for 10 years so he obviously liked it. Felt like a ton of attitude because we booked the free walking tour with every intention to tip at the end.
Great tour. Nice selection of places and food. We had several stops and managed to taste everything, including ham and cheese, beer, tapas, turron and more! Adrian was an entretaining guide and gave us lots of tips and information about the history of Barcelona. Highly recommendable tour! Thanks Adrian for the great tour!
