We had the tour with Ethan and he is so genuinely lovely! He brought us to some great places where we tried things we never would have dreamed of if walking along by ourselves. He also didn’t pressure us to have anything if we didn’t want to/weren’t sure, but left it up to us to decide, making it very comfortable and recommended to us when it was better to have one of something and share, etc. He has lots of information to share and a great sense of humour.
