Barbie was an excellent guide, funny, very informative and the pace of the tour was excellent; especially as it was very crowded in parts. For someone so small Barbie projected her voice very well and we could hear her wherever we stood. We had many places we wanted to visit in Budapest but most of them were visited on the tour and the history given. It gave us a good insight into the areas of the city and how to get there. What a beautiful city!! The highlight of our visit was the river cruise which we did in the evening with dinner included. Everywhere was beautifully illuminated. Other great aspects were the people are so friendly, the food absolutely delicious and the chimney cake was A+. I loved the Christmas decorations, the Christmas markets which has been a lovely start to the advent season. We have used Guru tours on many city breaks and have never been disappointed. The final comment is that even the weather was wonderful; cold, fresh but no rain, so at this time of year we saw Budapest at its best. Thank you.
Mate was excellent! Such a great guide, he had a great sense of humour and we learnt so much about Hungary. Would definitely recommend
