We would not recommend this tour. The guide had very little presence, engagement, and a presentation style that felt quite low energy and wasn't compelling for us. They said they had created this tour, but showed veery little passion for storytelling. The narrative was confusing and very difficult to follow, jumping around a lot. Additionally, the mandatory audio device stopped working after 30 mins, so we rented those with little benefit. After an hour of solid talking, with any images shown on a tiny phone screen, we decided the tour wasn't for us, and let the guide know we were leaving. Whilst others may enjoy this tour, we didn't get a sense of the history of Spain's civil war, and didn't engage with our guide's style. Improvements would be larger print outs of images they wanted to show, more enthusiasm and energy, and break up the long talks with a bit more walking to significant spots.

Incredible walking tour! Chris was so welcoming and knowledgeable about Vietnamese food. His passion was infectious and he made our whole tour memorable. The food we sampled was incredible and Chris explained a little history and method behind each dish. We have done a number of food tours around the world, and this is one of the best! Highly highly recommend and the highlight of our trip to Vietnam.

Guide was easy to locate and the meeting point was clear. The guide introduced himself and then outlined what we were going to see during the tour. We were a small group so he was able to interact with everyone. He answered all our questions and shared with us some interesting facts. Really recommend this tour.
