Our tour guide lacked the experience and professionalism that were needed to manage a group of more than 30 people. She needs to improve herself before taking on this big of a group in the future. When you have a big group, only being loud for everyone to hear you is not enough. Especially if you are taking the group to the most crowded point in the city, you should make use of your umbrella and make yourself visible. Also, when you are leading the way to the next place, you can't stop to answer one individual's private question. You should answer while walking not to make 30 people wait for you to talk to one person privately. All in all, she was unprofessional and we wanted to left before the end but we waited out of respect.
