Tour guide cancelled tour 3 minutes before we were due to start the tour. She did offer alternative tour time but we didn't trust that this would be honoured . We found another tour.
Very patient with us as a tour group. Knowledgeable.
Natalia was amazing! Some people cancelled last minute but she gave us a private tour, with many interesting insights about Oxford and Harry Potter🤓
