The tour was fantastic! Our guide was incredibly friendly and shared insightful information about the city, the study on happiness and how history connects to the research. I especially enjoyed walking through the various nature parks and participating in the meditation session. It truly shifted my perspective on life and gave me valuable tools to become a happier person. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a meaningful experience.

Already a few years ago I took part in one of Aiden‘s tours and therefore I knew how engaging and amazing his tours were. We loved the tour and would definitely recommend it to anyone! The tour offers plenty of time to reflect and learn interesting details on happiness also in relation to the city of Barcelona. We had an awesome time doing the happiness tour! Aidan was such a great tourguide, super kind and funny, making everything more interesting, and at the same time involving his guests in the exchange.
