Soy de la ciudad de Lima, vivo allí y trabajo como Guía Turístico Licenciado por el Ministerio de Turismo del Perú (MINCETUR) desde hace más de 17 años. Terminando mis estudios en un instituto local, trabajé como Guía Turístico en la ciudad de Lima cuando recibí unas ofertas para trabajar como Guía, Transportista y Conductor Turístico fuera de mi ciudad: Puno, ciudades del Cusco y Bolivia (sierra sur) y luego Chiclayo, Trujillo. , ciudades de Chachapoyas, Cajamarca y Piura (costa norte y sierra). We reserved the English tour and after Alfredo arrived he knew we reserved the English tour but he told me he couldn’t do it because he was booked for a Spanish tour. He knew we asked for the English walking tour but didn’t let us know before hand. So he only wasted our time. Seems like he puts Spanish and English options at all times but can’t handle both languages unless the Spanish speakers agree to take an English one.
Very disappointed that the guru cancelled my tour the day before and left me with no other option to find another Tour with such short notice. We had booked this months ago and he told me he had another tour that ended at 9 PM. Very unprofessional
