Salama - Guía turístico en El Cairo

I booked the tour 3-4 hours before the meeting time and sent a message to the guide to confirm if the tour is indeed happening. He didn't reply so i assumed he had already enough participants to make the tour so i showed up in the meeting point 5 minutes before. No one showed up , and he sent me an apology message later saying that he didn't see my booking. I understand that someone cant be checking all the time his bookings/messages but i would recommend to cancel the tour completely a few hours before if he doesn't have any participants because such confusions will happen again.
