Very disappointing experience - would not recommend. We were a group of 8 people booked to do a Guru tour on our first day in Istanbul. The guide failed to turn up at the designated time and although the company responded to our what’s app messages, they were not proactive in letting us know. We were eventually told the guide was not able to make it. We booked onto the same tour (with the same guide) for the following day. Again the guide didn’t show up!! We were incredibly disappointed to have wasted so much time and to miss out on our walking tour.
