Hola, soy Carsten y, tras muchos años estudiando (historia contemporánea) y trabajando (guía turístico en Berlín, entre otros lugares), mi esposa rumana me trajo a Transilvania y a la hermosa ciudad de Brasov. Cerca de allí estoy creando un jardín de permacultura y me gustaría compartir la historia única de este lugar con los visitantes de fuera de la región.

Carsten is very passionate about the city and the history of its founders. I liked how he placed the saga of the Saxons into the wider frame of events to draw a cohesive background. Some spice is added with small anecdotes, local legends and many Information about Brasovs stunning past. To sum it up: a very enriching experience!
Sehr engagierter Guide mit viel geschichtlichem Wissen. Geht auf Fragen gerne ein und kann auch viel über die Umgebung um Kronstadt erzählen.
Carstens tour through Brașov, was really fun. You could literally feel how much he loves the city himself and he really transfers that onto you. Carsten clearly knows the history and can answer all your questions (even though he might digress a little, but that's just more you can learn). The whole tour felt very relaxed and was more a dialogue than just Carsten telling stories. Carsten will give you great tips what to explore by yourself as well.
