I wish I had the trip to review it. We were 5 people (my in-laws who are quite old accompanied us and it was pretty hot weather in Rome). I got confirmation a day before so we were very hopeful. We were waiting in the meeting venue for 1 hour and despite sending messages the guide didn't show up. I received a reply late in the evening that she had not seen the messages. Well, I wish her the best.
