Kata - Guía turístico en Budapest

This is the best city/castle tour I have joined. It is the right combination of history and interesting anecdotes. Kata possesses the skills of theatrical story telling and a warm tour guide. It was a truely delight to have taken this tour with her. Highly recommended!!!

Kata is a local, born and bred Buda girl who is very knowledgeable and passionate about the area. You will learn a lot about the medieval history of the Buda side of the city and some interesting facts about the local landmarks. Her upbeat personality and sense of humour keeps the tour interesting so you don't just feel like you're being overwhelmed with facts. The tour actually doesn't involve much walking - there is plenty of opportunity to sit for people with achy, tired legs. I wouldn't have minded more walking and exploration but that's a personal preference. You will see the main tourist attractions in the area including Buda Castle & Fisherman's bastion. You will also get a list of recommendations at the end which is very useful. If you are coming to visit Budapest, I recommend Kata's tour first, then Robert's tour the next day. This way you will get the full Hungarian history and see both sides of the city. After that, you will have plenty of knowledge and recommendations to explore the city on your own!

Very interesting and entertaining tour on the castle hill. Kata knows how to keep people’s attention. She tells about history and stories, is always pleased to answer any questions, to give tips and recommendations for the stay in Budapest. She is very dynamic and care about the participants.
