Fue un muy buen tour, nuestro guía Eduardo nos compartió muy buena información y fue muy amable. Al principio no podíamos oírlo bien porque habla bajito pero luego nos dio auriculares y mejoró la experiencia mucho. Lo recomiendo.
Our guide was Ian Nolan ( not on the drop down list) , he was friendly, informative and entertaining. Easy to talk to, I would highly recommend him for a tour of Brussels. At the end his recommendation for a cafe was much appreciated and a good choice too.
The guide was engaging and clearly very knowledgeable, and you could tell she was passionate about the history and stories she shared. Unfortunately, the weather was extremely windy and snowy, which made parts of the tour quite challenging and led some participants to leave early. One suggestion would be to share some of the information while walking between stops rather than speaking for extended periods while standing still, especially in very cold conditions. A slightly more dynamic flow would make the experience even more comfortable for everyone. Despite the winter weather, it was an informative and worthwhile tour.
